Zooey Deschanel Sueing for 2Million?

She's suing the famous shoe designer Steve Madden,  for making a promise in her contract and not keeping it.  The blue-eyed thespian and chanteuse model, claims that Madden promised her the money in exchange for being the face of a line of shoes. The retailer wasnt so excited about the deal so, Madden tried to offer Deschanel half a million dollars less($1,500,000). she has agreed to the deal but, has been patiently waiting to recieve her money,

Madden, a native New Yorker, knows his way around a courtroom. The shoe seller was sentenced to 41 months in prison back in 2002 for his part in a stock scheme.  Zoey isnt really desperate for a job, shew been very suceessful in her life with movies, music and modeling, she just would like to get her money and if this is what she has to resort to i wouldnt blame her. No one should make a promise and not keep it especially if its "written in stone"! -FJ

The Answer To "Sagging Pants"?!

Harlem inventor Andrew Lewis, 43 has the answer to sagging jeans/pants for young men that like to do so. Lewis said "

he came up with the idea after watching men in drooping trousers struggle to keep them up as they climbed the steps at the 145th St. subway station.".

Part garter belt and part suspenders, the "Subs" tightens around the waist like a belt and is connected to expandable straps that clip onto pants, regulating how low your pants hang. The sagging of pants has been a huge issue for years and no one seems to find it legit, no one really takes it seriously. Studies show that young males that hang their pants, tend to have spinal and leg problems earlier in life then an older male. The matter is very high in my school, 9 out of 10 boys sag their pants and don't care how they look, or their presentation of themselves and the first impression only comes once. In my oppion, i think its very unattractive and indecent. hanging your pants does not make you cool it makes you look like you buy your jeans to big. its an ugly gesture, the boys know the history behind the fashion statement why still continue to dress that way. its nasty, inappropriate and disgusting. Mr. Andrew Lewis should be ashamed of himself, for being a grown man and knowing this is not what we want our youth to pursue in life. the minority makes the problem no better, we want our young men to have a future and not look a hot mess while trying.

Male Model Dies In Tragic Sufing Accident.

Charles DeVoe , 28, had been hospitalized since the Nov. 12 incident. He died Friday.DeVoe was in acoma for about a month after a surfing accident in the Rockaways. FDNY divers had to cut DeVoe free after his ankle tether was attached to a wooden pole. He was in the water for several minutes before he could be rescued. he came to newyork 2004 to persue a career in fashion, he was the catch of the day.

He co-signed with Major Model Management and posed for fashion photography big names like; Bruce Weber, Steven Klein and Mario Testino.

For most of his life, DeVoe was interested in "adventurous sports," like snow boarding, trick cycling and surfing," the family stated.

The Long Island Serial Killer

The two newspapers both refer to the serial killer that is responsible for the deaths of 4 people, but both newspapers have a different take on the incident.

in this article it says, All the victims were women.all of the victims were found 500 ft apart from each other off the highway in Gilgo Beach, but none of the women have been identified yet. Earlier in the week, the police said the bodies were found in Oak Beach, a few miles east of Gilgo Beach, on the same long, narrow island along the Atlantic Ocean. the suffolk police have talked to and asked the F.B.I, to assist them in the search for the suspect.

the private beachfront enclave where a missing New Jersey prostitue disappeared, and was found 3miles away from the other 3 females that were murdered. ploiuce are still searching the coastlines, for more disturbing details, they used 13 canine units to scan the beach for human remains."

Two police helicopters were zooming along the narrow barrier island off the coast of Suffolk County, where a cadaver dog found the four bodies near Gilgo Beach on Saturday and Monday. The bodies have yet to be identified" polioce have said that the killer has used craigslist to find his victims, KJoseph Brewer has been accused of the murders and has been interigated about the crime, mean while his white was impounded to seek further evidence to use against him.

Albino Model Appears On The Scene For Givenchy

 

 

Tall, pale and handsome, the model stephon thompson has white hair and ice blue eyes.
Riccardo Tisci, designer for the French fashion house said that he's often admired the look of albinos and that they've been in an inspiration for the tones that are recurrent in his designs, he told Women's Wear Daily.
Thompson, now a force to be reckoned with in the fashion world, was previously represented by the now defunct ugly modeling agency which represented unusual faces.
